The San Diego Velodrome Association is a diverse group of people who all have one thing in common...their love of track riding and their desire to promote it in the San Diego area.
Members enjoy spending time together throughout the year at various association functions. Racing is not all we do...There are classes and clinics, work parties, community projects, and general get-togethers where we do nothing but shoot the breeze.
Membership in the San Diego Velodrome Association ensures your invitation to these events as well as your promotion of track riding to the San Diego community.
There are several different types of memberships. Memberships run on a yearly basis. Fees are collected at the time you join. Affiliated members are members who belong to a club or business that has purchased a club or business membership.

Regular members must be 19 or older. Junior members must be 18 or younger and require an adult member to be present when at the track. All riders must have a riding waiver on file. Regular members DO NOT have authority to allow non-members onto the track and they are required to lock the gates behind them after they enter so as to prevent non-members from entering the facility. Regular members DO have authority to permit junior members onto the velodrome. However, when leaving the facility, they must clear any junior members from the facility unless there is an authorized person remaining WHO ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY for the junior members.
