Join our organized open member workouts on Fridays  from 7:00 PM - 9:00PM.

Open to Members and Non-Members of all abilities. Members are FREE

Non-members Fee - $10 paid to SDVA for the session pass.
Ages 8+ (Riders under 16 need to have a parent present.)

Riders must have their own bikes.

The Friday Night Winter Training Series is a Member-oriented race workout.
(non-members can attend, but will be required to pay a fee).
Workouts will vary from week to week and
will generally be discussed a few weeks beforehand. 

Workouts will include, but are not limited to: 

Hour of Power (endurance night)
Race tactics
Sprint workouts
Proximity drills
HIIT sessions
Clinics (Madison/Keirin)

January 2020 "First Upgrade Track Skills Series"Event Flyer 

This 4-week series is for velodrome certified riders that would like to race at the track in 2020.
Riders must hold a current USA Cycling license and be track certified.

Participants who complete all 4 dates will be eligible to upgrade category 5 to a 4 at the conclusion of the training. Other categories that participate and assist may earn up to 3 upgrade points towards their next category.
