Join our coached sprint-focused workouts on Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00PM. For individuals interested in focused efforts, join Coach Ainslie on Saturdays for a Sprinter's workout. Participants will be exposed to track sprinting: Pure speed over a short distance.
Endurance riders are encouraged to attend too. The longest efforts will be limited to 3K. Goal development will be discussed and a workout plan can be created to acomodate your goals.
Open to Members and Non-Members of all abilities.
Fee - $10. Ages 14+ (Riders under 16 need to have a parent present.)
Riders must have their own bikes.
