FRIDAY NIGHT WINTER TRAINING SERIES (F.N.W.T.S)

 

NOTICE: MUST BE A CURRENT SDVA MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE

Join our organized open member workouts on
Fridays from 7:00 PM - 8:30PM

Open to Members only

Ages 8+ (Riders under 16 need to have a parent present.)

Riders must have their own bikes.

The Friday Night Winter Training Series is a Member-oriented race workout.
(non-members can attend, but will be required to pay a fee).
Workouts will vary from week to week and
will generally be discussed a few weeks beforehand. 


Workouts will include, but are not limited to: 

Hour of Power (endurance night)
Race tactics
Sprint workouts
Proximity drills
HIIT sessions
Clinics (Madison/Keirin)

  • Helmet

  • Cycling appropriate clothing.

  • Gloves

  • Water

  • Bicycle (not provided)

  • Jacket/leg warmers/layers (It can get cold)
