FRIDAY NIGHT WINTER TRAINING SERIES (F.N.W.T.S)
NOTICE: CURRENTLY ALL GROUP PROGRAMMING IS ON HOLD UNTIL CURRENT PUBLIC HEALTH ORDERS CHANGE.
Join our organized open member workouts on
Fridays from 7:00 PM - 9:00PM.
Open to Members and Non-Members of all abilities. Members are FREE
Non-members Fee - $10 paid to SDVA for the session pass.
Ages 8+ (Riders under 16 need to have a parent present.)
Riders must have their own bikes.
The Friday Night Winter Training Series is a Member-oriented race workout.
(non-members can attend, but will be required to pay a fee).
Workouts will vary from week to week and
will generally be discussed a few weeks beforehand.

Hour of Power (endurance night)
